Reporting infringement

If you believe material published on this website infringes your rights, email support@toolkeel.com with the subject "Copyright notice" and include:

  1. Your name, organisation (if any) and contact details.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark you claim is infringed.
  3. The exact URL(s) of the material on toolkeel.com.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We aim to acknowledge valid notices within 5 working days, remove or disable access to infringing material promptly, and notify any affected party where appropriate. This process is designed to be consistent with the US DMCA notice-and-takedown procedure and similar mechanisms elsewhere.

Counter-notices

If material you provided was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the same details, explaining why.

Misuse

Knowingly false notices may expose the sender to liability.
